We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for information on delivery times, costs and procedures.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, promotions or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Some personalised, customised or made-to-order items require additional preparation time before dispatch.
Please allow up to 7–10 working days for personalised orders to be processed and shipped, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, the entire order may be dispatched together once the personalised item is ready.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Free UK delivery on orders over £50 
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
White Olive cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
While we will do our best to assist, White Olive is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
