Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. This aligns with UK consumer regulations for online purchases.  

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
